Shibai Ootsutsuki was considered a god of the Ootsutsuki clan. Over several millennia, Shibai repeatedly resurrected himself using Karma, during which he ate many Chakra Fruits. He was ultimately deemed to have evolved into godhood, with his abilities being labeled as divine miracles.
