Utsubuki Kokuro (打吹 黒狼, Utsubuki Kokurō; "Kokuro Utsubuki"), also known as the Wolf Soldier (ウルフソールジャー, Urufusōrujā), is a rookie freelance fighter in the Kengan matches who debuted a year ago and has caused a storm since his arrival. He is considered to be top of the list of fighters from the "new generation".
